✓ 1 on 1 Business Audit & Infinitely Scalable Agency Roadmap
We start our mentorship with a 1 on 1 call to get to know each other, orient ourselves to our collective goals, and audit your business for current bottlenecks and opportunities. On this call we develop the Infinitely Scalable Agency Roadmap, which is the customized week-by-week plan to hit your goals and overcome your obstacles. We’ll always start with the foundational systems, and building a plan to solve your most challenging obstacle. We’ll follow-up on this plan weekly inside your Slack channel, and have 1 on 1 calls the 2nd week of the program, 45 days in, and 90 days in.

Your mentorship is customized to your business’ needs, and you’ll have daily support from the POD coaches inside a private slack channel. ✓ 180 Day Accelerator (24 weeks)
We provide you all the content, swipe files, and GoHighLevel snapshots in your member’s area. The content is broken up into 14 modules featuring world-class training, and SOP (standard operating procedure) overviews. The 180-day accelerator is all about developing the foundational systems for your business for long-term, sustainable growth: Prospecting, Sales, Fulfillment, Hiring, Productivity, and more. We’ll ensure you have a strong grasp of your avatar, a productized list of services, a fulfillment team to execute, and a prospecting system provides leads predictably, works specifically in your niche, and is easy to delegate. We’ll also develop an optimal sales system, your onboarding/retention process, and teach you how to hire and manage an A+ team.
The milestones are unique per agency, but here’s some baseline KPI’s we’re looking for: Booking at least 3 qualified sales calls per week, closing 1 deal per week, working 10 hours or less in the business per week, and adding on at least $10,000 recurring revenue to your bottom line.
After the 180 day accelerator, we will help curate a plan for the next year, and discuss next potential steps in working together to achieve your goals.
